finally.. my first full dae at home... =) spent my dae watching 'wo jiao jin san shun' aka 'my lovely samsoon'... shuai ges in there :) farnie at times.. yet quite saddening too.. realised ive been watching korean drama serials lately.. hahas.. and this samsoon one seems like a mix between full house and love story at harvard... cos there is this kinda childish couple who hate each others guts yet fell in love in the end.. and also got a sick girl aka wif cancer.. ok.. maybe the sick girl isnt realli like in the harvard story.. but still... guess the storylines r all abt there huh i guess... yups.. but its a nice show... its still showing on cable now i tink.. just that i dun haf that channel... samsoon is cute.. hees.. sounds like samsung... samsung is a korean brand rite? hees... anw.. was kinda happy just sitting there watching my vcds until my dad had to come tok abt uni courses... and my aunt had to call and tok abt the A level results.. cant i just enjoy my dae in peace? ive been touching wood each time something inauspicious was said.. im stressed up enuff abt it already ok... so just leave me alone. and go away. all of u. nows the time when i just feel like ranting. whatever. thank you for listening.. even if it was onli for a short while.

oh yes and almost forgot to blog this.. haas... went xiao nings house to do the puzzle for dear serenas bdae... and guess how long we took? onli two hours! we were so surprised and of cos super proud of ourselves.. cos we were actually even planning to stay over tinking we cudnt finish.. hees... the pic xn took of the puzzle was so nice! will post it here when she sends it to us... =) then after that chers mum came to fetch us home and brought us to eat dinner.. yes.. DUN ever order macs.. they take hours i tell u... ate the famous joo seng mee pok.. hee not bad.. loved the fishbally stuffs they put in the soup.. thnx aunty! =)

went the ntu talk todae... was so reluctant to wake up early on a sundae.. but luckily we did. hahas... met so many pple todae.. many many cedarians.. and quite a few ajcians.. hahas.. many many familiar faces familiar faces... hahahas... like a mass reunion of some kind... hahas... our ex sec sch classmates were all like so shocked at xn's hair.. which was rather farnie.. hahas... but it was quite nice to see them all once again.. =) and gdness SO crowded... so happy to finally step outta there.. hahas.. the talks were ok.. im further convinced psycho is interesting.. but their intake is so small.. haiz.. which means u better haf good if not the best results.. but i wud rather not think abt that at all now.. oh wellz. hahas...


went walking ard after that... the mudpie at changing appetites is not worth it.. its too small to be worth that price.. hahas.. then we bought serenas present... and to serena! i noe u wun be reading this.. but still.. u had better appreciate the present we got u!! it has all our efforts in it ok!! =p yes. and to pok zi!! u r our life saver!! hahahs.. thnx for beign so shuang kuai and agreeing to share the present! -muacks- =) so in the end.. we din get to shop for ourselves.. oh wellz... anw.. its back to work tmr.. after one week of break.. rather reluctant actually... hahas.. at least now we understand how monday blues feel like... hahahas.. =p

went shopping.. haha bought stuff... and i realised i hafen received my pay yet!! so sad... haiz. oh and i made a wasted trip down to town.. cos it turns out that my fone isnt ready for collection. arghs. hmmz. they shud haf called me earlier rite. and y must their number be a private one? missed call also cannot call back one. haiz. then maybe i din hafta step outta the house and din hafta waste money on shopping.. hahas. now im wifout a proper fone again. so sad. dunno when my fones gonna be ready also. haiz haiz haiz. =

haha happy vdae! =)


went to wisma to send my fone in for repair AGAIN. cos the SAME problem came back AGAIN. arghs. so now im foneless once again. haiz. luckily i din bother to do anything in my fone since the last repair. otherwise i will be cursing and swearing right now all over again. but i did lose some pictures again. haiz. =''(


went shopping wif my mum after that... bought presents for the family.. hahas.. then got a pair of pumps too.. hehes.. oh then visited ruina n eileen at their rewards hub while my mum shopped ard somemore.. hehes.. chatted for awhile.. then decided to leave cos the two bosses came.. hahas.. but it was nice seeing ya guys! =)


then went to find sista n xn after sending my mum to the mrt station.. finally found them sitting somewhere outside guess.. hahas.. so we sat there for awhile people watching.. realised thru out the whole dae we haf been seeing weird couples and interesting things.. hahahas.. watched a season for love! all the stories haf kinda sad endings.. but i tink the saddest was the fireman one... ahh... was controlling my tears like mad at the end of that story.. the part where the girlfren was called to the station to retrieve the ring and watch the videotape. ahhhh... SO sad.... hmmz but the snow white and the seven dwarves one wasnt so bad.. cos the ending was quite normal.. but i love the seven dwarves!! hahas they r so cute... =) then there was the one abt the separation agency and the mother wif cancer... hmmz..


after the movie we walked ard finding places to eat.. haha but it seems like feb 14 is the onli dae when EVERYONE decides to eat dinner.. everywhere was packed. LONG queues everywhere... wanted bakers inn but found out they onli served two dishes as a vdae set meal and there was no other ala carte courses.. NO WONDER there were so many empty seats.. hahas.. knew the empty seats were too good to be true.. anw finally settled at coffee club.. oh oh oh. while we were waiting to be seated. this couple wif a baby just pushed past us to seat themselves. at the table we were eyeing somemore. then we were like "can meh?" then i saw the shocked look on the waitresses face. gdness. we were saeing we cud haf just jumped inf rom the outside rite. hahas. anw.. food was alright.. loved the mango mousse.. but their service was SO slow.. lousy. arghs. and yes. they realli do tink youngsters r better to "bully" izit. asking us to change tables so that 6 other pple can be seated. y cant they ask the nxt table? cos the end result wud be the same anw. plus we had already ordered our food. and we simply did not wish to move again since we had already shifted tables once le. ohh.. cos that nxt table was adults. we declined. actually i was taking my bad n getting ready to move le.. but sista n xn stayed put. and tinking abt it.. yeah true.. y shud we move? ohh then we saw steph sun there too.. she is SO thin!! my gdness...


the train ride back was crowded. and plus there was this guy leaning entirely on the pole in the centre.. still lean until so relaxed somemore. what did he expect other pple hold onto?? he tink that everybodys sense of balance is veri good huh?? i almost grabbed his neck ok. shud haf hor. and shun bian wring it. arghs.


haiz. anw. that aside... i still enjoyed my dae out todae... the good things outweigh the bad... hahas.. good company is all i ask for.. =) oh and good luck to those selling bouquets n related stuff! hope they can finish selling! cos they look quite poor thing... some along the road still wif lotsa stock left.. tataz~ =)

went to send off my dear couz eileen at the airport... she'll be back abt 4 months later.. luckily din see anyone crying.. cos i noe i will cry too if i see pple cry... yups.... will definitely miss her!! my laming and crapping and spastic other half!! hahahahas.. and hope she likes the cup jan n me went to make for her! and eileen tan! if ur reading this.. juz wanna sae enjoy urself there and take care kaes! bon voyage!! -muacks- =) hmmz.. saw many many other students gg overseas for studies there too.. crowded terminal.. hahas.. oh and i met elaine there too! she was sending off yanlin... aust as well.. realised aust and nz r kinda like the common places pple go to study... oh anw.. so we sat there at the viewing gallery which is like SO small and SO totally cannot see anything esp in the night... TINK we saw eileens plane fly off but we werent realli sure.. shud haf brought binoculars? no.. tink telescope better.. hahas.. =p hmmz then we all went to fish n co for some food n drinks... stayed there till the staff had to come tell us they were closing... hahas.. their sweetlips empress is nice.. peanut butter n hazelnut ice cream... but drinking that made me so cold... hahas.. plus the strong aircon wasnt helping.. oh wellz.. =p anw.. tmrs the start of my leave... 2nd aunt told me the results gonna be out this fridae... dun wan can? i juz wanna enjoy my leave in peace please? haiz. so im still hoping it will be released early march as cher said.

lunched at cafe cartel. the fried macaroni thingy is not bad.


veri first jap lesson todae.. haha quite like our teacher.. at least better than the one sistas bro got.. hahahas.. got xi2 zi4!! reminds me of the primary school daes where we had to write the words properly in those boxes divided into two or four wif dotted lines... hahahas.. and i onli like to write one character so far.. hahas.. cos its the onli one which i can write out nicely.. hehes.. oh but homework is to read up and memorise some more characters by nxt lesson.. tink the self intro wif our "business card" was hilarious. ".... this is my meishi..."? wahahas.. but dunno the 4 of us kept luffing also. tink we were the noisiest bunch in there. hahas. serenas drawing of her face was so proper hor. hahas. luffing like mad. where theres serena theres bound to be mad laughter. hahahas.. =p kinda enjoyed the class. =)

haha in the office now.. feel quite happy i dunno y.. hehes.. =)


just took my advanced theory test just now in the morning.. and as i was coming up the staircase i saw quek qing!! long time no see!! hahas.. shes still the same.. and then as we were queueing up to go into the exam room.. we saw zixin!! hahahas.. so qiao!!! saw two ex classmates todae! all taking the same thing!! and we all sat near each other! hahahas.. and i passed!! was quite irritated wif the screen cos it was abit insensitive and had to keep jabbing at the screen. but yay can start taking practical lessons le!! wheehees! happy n relieved. =) then after that the 3 of us stayed at the centre to chat.. cos qq had a practical lesson later.. hehes.. then after that zixin(she has a realli interesting job!) n i needed to get to work so we just stopped over at ps to haf a drink.. chatted quite a fair bit on the train and along the wae.. its so interesting to meet up wif ur ex classmates from sec sch and see how they are now.. hahas.. exchanged quite a bit of news abt our other classmates as well and its all realli quite interesting. =) realised that we haf actually matured over the 2 years..? many things can happen in that short amount of time... our thinkings have definitely changed... working life can kinda change a person? hahas... anw... enjoyed catching up =) oh and speaking of teachers... kam poo left the country to go back to his hometown!! so sad... he was one of the cutest teachers in his mannerisms even though our class usually din bother to realli pay attention in his class... haha.. hmm and although we werent that close back in sec sch.. we actually could continue our conversation for quite long... not bad.. hehes.. but i tink meeting up wif pple i hafen seen in a long time leaves me in a happy mood.. hahas.. -smilez-

walking ard wif serena after lunch todae.. realised clarke quay is actually rather near our offices.. hahas.. and one thing i haf realised these past few daes. CAN PPLE STOP USING TISSUE PACKETS TO CHOPE SEATS??! please lar. one huge table. two tissue packets. does that realli sae "do not sit here"? the entire is crowded enuff as it is. and wudnt it be actually better to just leave one person sitting there at the table? at least not so ugly rite. tissue packets?! anw.. ha. we were tempted to just sit at one of those tables and just throw those tissue packets away. bleahs. and if the owners came back we shall just reply "what tissue?" hahas.

ahhh!! just got back my fone. everythings gone!! those stuff that i downloaded!! all GONE!! my phonebook entries that i xin xin ku ku re arranged n re-entered ALL GONE!! so as a result i haf lost some numbers.. so esp those who haf just changed ur hp numbers rite.. can u please msg me to tell me ur new numbers? thnx thnx =) haiz. so sad. im super upset abt the fact that all my camera pics r gone. gone. gone. my taiwan pictures gone. my beloved ferris wheel. haiz. and now i cant be bothered to re organise my phonebook animore. my fone shall be as minimalistic as possible. and i better figure out how to use bluetooth asap too. anyone noes how to use? hmmz.


anw. theres much speculation as to whether the As will be released nxt wk or nxt nxt wk. oh wellz. best not to tink abt it now. i realli dunno wad to expect.


and yes. saw the many many chingay floats drive past directly downstairs.. so bright. so colourful. so many. and so noisy. hahas.. kind sad though.. cos i cud see the pple on the floats waving.. but i din see many spectators along the roadsides.. how we noe they will be driving past at that time? hahas. it later occurred to me that i might haf made it in time to go downstairs to see the floats and take pics. hahas. read on the net that the chingay parade was meant to replace the past tradition of lighting firecrackers. hmmz. arent they two totally different things?

hmm.. todae moms fren invited us over for lunch.. i like their window grills.. hehes.. got stars and moons =) enjoyed the lunch =) food food food again. oh and the wind there is REALLY SUPER strong. i literally got blown away. hahas.. SO cold.. but i guess the new houses now are weird.. cos the rubbish chute is centralised.. so every household doesnt haf their own rubbish chute.. they hafta use the common one.. hmmz. =p


oh and i just saw the 6 chingay floats driving through amk.. so big and bright.. and they reach here so late.. close to midnite.. hahas.. and i still rmr last year... went down to orchard wif sista.. SUPER crowded there... totally cannot walk.. and the pathways onli had ONE direction.. so if u wanted to turn back u had to make many detours.. still rmr the macs where we squeezed in for dinner.. and met eugene and his fren there.. hahas.. then we all pretty much squeezed our wae thru everywhere and waved to jackie chan at one of the traffic lights.. hahahahas... =p

i feel so empty wifout my fone... haiz... 4 more daes till i get it back.. = work was kinda slack these 2 daes... hahas. spent lotsa time online reading the news.. was learning languages todae! hahas.. kinda interesting =) tried to connect the handset to the fax machine.. went to ask about employment passes... it is a kinda long process manz... anw.. juz glad its the wkend.. and love at harvard is so touching! so many sad parts! esp when the girl keeps crying.. and i tink shes pretty.. hees.. =)
