haha! went to watch the maid yesterdae nite... i tink it didnt turn out to be as scary as i thot it wud be.. hahas.. but it was quite freaky n creepy from the beginning.. but i tink the story line is actually quite sad lar... shows how dark the human heart can be.. oh yar.. something funny happened in the cinema though... there was this couple who walked right outta the cinema barely 15 mins into the movie! i tink maybe the first few "ghost" scenes was too much.. everyone was gasping.. i was shocked.. hmmz. but i tink they wasted their money.. oh wellz.. aniwaes... not bad lar.. this is one horror movie where i didnt realli close my eyes that much.. hahas.. and one thing im veri proud of!! i didnt jump!! hehehes... i was prepared and cud anticipate the loud sound effects before they came!! whahahhaas.. okok im crazy. oh but i did get many shocks lar.. esp when the ghosts suddenly popped up in front of the poor rosa (the new maid)... hmm.. there were also many scenes abt those seventh month myths.. like dun sit in the first row for those wayang opera shows during this month and dun anyhow step on the burnt offerings.. and dun stay out too late... now im convinced there r realli such things.. and for safety sake we shud just take them seriously.. better to be safe hor.. oh and the movie was mostly in eng.. wif lotsa "chiminology" teochew.. hahas.. even my dad said the teochew was "chim". hahas. oh and hong hui fangs eng is quite farnie.. hmm.. i tink overall the movie wasnt that scary was because there was no evil in that sense... although the scenes were freaky.. its just a maid who was silenced wanting to get revenge.. quite sad actually.. to tink humans r capable of doing such things yeah.. oh.. and there was this qualifier at the end of the show where they said seventh month is a time where all ghosts come out and seek revenge that kinda thing.. i dun tink thats true.. yups.. kinda like too sweeping a statement already.. yups.. okies... oh yes.. and the postman in the movie is quite shuai! haha! and.. as usual... there has to be a guy wif super spiked hair sitting in front of me blocking the screen wif his super gelled spikes.. hmpf. okok.. tataz~

hmm.. this week nothing special.. just another normal week.. watched the fireworks last sundae from my room.. its from the portugal or italy or france team.. forgot which.. hahas.. tried to take video n fotos.. but cudnt see clearly... cud onli see dots.. hahas.. a little boring at the beginning.. cos all the same colours... but there was this unique four stripes that ended wif sparks at the end which i told ruina about.. tts like the most unique one.. =) and i still love the "burst into glitters" kind... hahas... oh and i tink my neighbours above me were watching too... cos i cud hear them commenting... hahahas... =p


then the rest of the week was as usual.. wif the timed practs n stuff... almost fell aslp during the chem mcq pract on fridae.. so tired! and when she gave us a break i was realli aslp.. oh wellz... stayed back in sch to do work.. not bad.. at least i was more productive than if i were to go home.. cos i will slack for quite some time before i will even tink of starting work if i were at home.. hahas... yups.. next week is the truncated timetable... but considering all the timed practs after sch.. dun see how truncated the timetable can be... hmm but as the teachers sae.. we shudnt complain... yeah.. anw.. tink i shud be staying in sch to do work again... yups... haha... kk... tatas~ *waves*


i feel positively better after letting go of somethings... which is good.. rite? but why does the ache remain so...

ooh... yesterdae was my burfdae!! hahas.. im 18!! cant believe it. dun exactly feel 18. hahas.. still too childish. =p hehs. anw... a big thank you to all those who sent me bdae msgs n wishes! im veri touched! *muackz* =)


hmm... anw.. went out for dinner wif my family.. ate at sanur.. tt indonesian restaurant.. oh their lime juice is realli nice! and their coconut rice! its so good u can juz eat it on its own! hahas... does that line sound familiar? i tink its from gardenia bread or something... hahas.. yups.. was realli bloated. *burps* the decor of the restaurant was veri nice too.. =)


then went to watch 'bewitched'!! haha cute n sweet show.. ahh.. how nice it wud be if u cud haf those witch powers... imagine.. u can haf anything u want at just the snap of ur fingers or a twiggling of ur ear!! wow! so cool rite! =D


yayy then went to buy my bdae cake... hehes... was a little late le by then.. and the first shop we passed by was crystal jade... so went in to take a look... bought their mango cream cake!! super nice!! there is actually a layer of solid chocolate in the middle!! mmm! although the mango pieces were alittle too sour for me.. hahas.. but it was yummy still!! it was realli light too! not too much cream.. some cakes make u realli sick of eating them after one slice.. but not this one.. hees~


ohh.. then before going home.. mum said she wanted to check out this place selling chocs... and WOW. 'candy empire' is my heaven!! AHHH!!!... so many chocs n candies!!! i was telling my brother.. wow imagine if u just watched charlie n the choco factory and then u step into this shop... it will be like ur in a part of willy wonkas factory.. hahas.. ok.. maybe the shop isnt that huge... but still.. all the types of candies n chocs there are stuff u can nv buy from the normal supermarkets or shops in other parts of singapore! so many cute stuff for the kids too! i was literally browsing thru the whole shop smiling like an idiot. wahahahas.. and they sell this HUGE packet of GB crunchy almond nougats!!! ahhh! but my parents din wanna buy that. oh wellz. but anw.. i was buying dark chocs... yoghurt chocs.. and candies! wheehee~ there r so many types of chocs i nv see b4... hahas.. ok.. maybe some people will saw im suaku. but wadver. i was happy! seeing n buying chocs n candies make me happy! hahahaha!! *grinz* =D realli enjoyed myself yesterdae! i am happie!! =)


oh and not to mention.. i haf also learnt a rather important personal lesson yesterdae.. hahas.. feel enlightened. hahas... =)


oh heard this sentence off disney channel sometime back.. jus remembered it.. apparently its a quote from thomas edison... its about failure... " i have not failed. i have only found 2000 ways that won't work..." hmm. isnt it quite inspiring? =)

heyys... hafen stepped into sch at all this whole week.. hehs.. was sick on thursdae.. then it continued todae.. hmm.. cant believe so qiao. the national hols ended and i became sick. maybe its karma coming round to get me for not gg sch on mondae.. oh wellz... discovered i had sore throat on thursdae morning.. mum immediately pushed warm salt water to me. wow. gargling that was horrible. it made my two ulcers sting like crazy. (eileen khang!! see lar.. now i haf ulcers too.. stop passing such things to me ok.. bleahs. ahh ulcers hurt!! ) hmm ok.. then she stuffed me wif honey wif lime. tt was nice though.. =) haha.. but then.. still decided not to go sch.. cos my eyes were 'hiam hiam' - translation: stinging.. symptoms of the flu bug. arghs. then went to see doc and bought donuts for breakfast and lunch.. hahas.. thursdae was a dae of nothing but bread for me.. bread is nice bread is good! =) hahas.. and thurs was quite shuang too.. i came home from the doc.. took my med.. then slept my wae thru the entire dae.. onli waking up for awhile in between to eat my bread.. hahas.. onli officially woke up at 9pm.. tried doing the tjc paper for gp.. but din manage to finish aq.. watched lost in between too... ohh that show is finally getting exciting.. =) ahh then the med made me drowsy again so its off to bed once again.. =p

ok.. so todae morning.. thot i cud go sch le... plus i onli had mc for thursdae.. hahas.. but then arh.. was brushing my teeth when i suddenly felt super nauseous... and my world turned black wif twinking stars.. my whole body went cold and i cud hear my own breathing loud in my head.. whoa.. almost wanted to puke and faint right there n then.. so i went back to bed. realised i cudnt stand up.. otherwise the nausea and giddyness would come back.. haiz. mum said it was cos i din eat the dae before.. and she kinda spent the whole morning telling me how weak i am. blah blah blah... = gdness. ok.. finez.. i am weak. fine. oh and my dad had to go get another mc for me.. hehs... hmm.. slept through till abt ten plus.. felt better le.. yayys.. hmm maybe i was lying ard too much yesterdae... hahas.. wanted to go sch.. but then its fridae.. its our short dae... so din go in the end.. ohh... then met up wif ruina n eileen n shiyin later on in the afternoon to get my notes n worksheets.. oh and heyy thnx u guys for the present and also thnx veri much for taking the trouble to bring my stuff for me!! =) *big hug n muakz to u all*

went to cut my hair after that.. the back is much shorter now.. and i dun haf the curtain on the right side of my face anymore.. hahas.. lalalaz.. =)

hope i will be completely ok by tmr... *grinz*

met up wif my sec sch gals todae.. had lunch at fish n co.. seafood platter is so yummy!! i love their rice wif raisins and that black pepper sotong/squid thingy!! mmm... the mussels were realli good too! =) wonderful lunch.. did some catching up... but the bill was quite a shock. hahas... close to a hundred bucks.. =p
took quite sometime for lunch.. by the time we were ready to leave it was abt 5 plus liao i tink... hahas.. wow din realise lunch was that long.. time does pass quickly when u r juz sitting there chatting... hmm amy n i had planned to watch charlie n the choco factory... willy wonka!! but then a quick review from serena showed that it wasnt worth it.. it was rather boring.. yups.. SO.. we decided to watch wedding crashers!! went lido to check timings.. not suitable.. then cher had to leave for her dinner wif classmates... so left me serena n amy... walked over to cine.. the showing was even later... then sneaked into cheers downstairs to check straits times for movie timings.... hahas.. found one at ps.. so we quickly made our wae there... saw so many ajcians along the wae.. many familiar faces too... saw joyce too! hahas.. =) wah then the queue at ps tehre was quite long.. serena suggested using that AXS machine.. i nv try b4.. hahas.. and we were like toggling between the 6.35 and the 7.05 showing.. hilarious. we were like cancelling n trying again.. then cancelling again.. first we tried the 6.35 one.. they said our seats wud be 2nd row from the screen... that wasnt too appealing.. then we tried the 7.05 one.. also 2nd row.. then might as well see the earlier one rite... so chose the 6.35 one again.. and wow. our seats r now the first row!! gdness... the pple in the queue took our seats!! then we were like.. ahh hurry n juz accept it.. otherwise later the 7.05 one also no seats liao.. hahas.. i guess the AXS machine is quite convenient for when u dun feel like queuing.. but theres a disadvantage... which i will tok abt later... =p
yeah... so we went to our first row.. whoa! major neck ache!! all 3 of us kept trying to get into a comfortable position to look at the screen.. and everything is SO HUGE from the first row.. gdness.. the cinema shud haf a 50m rule or something... so near the screen lor.. spoil pples eyes lor... seriously.. oh then they played this trailer for another horror show... i totally din dare to watch... cos i was in the first row.. and there was nobody on one side of me. so scary. so amy n i were like shutting our eyes n sticking our fingers into our ears.. but we cud still somewhat hear wad the narrator was saeing abt the seventh month thing.. scary.. and the trailer had to be so long.... i tink if i was watching a horror show from the first row there n then i wud haf fainted. =S
yeps.. so wedding crashers.. hilarious show i tell u.. we can totally understand y its rated nc16. hahahas... the girl is so farnie.. the whole family is so cute lar.. hahahhas... must watch! quite worth the money actually... although the gals bf in the movie is such a huge egoistic jerk. i dun like him.. but tts besides the point. basically its a romantic comedy where u will be highly amused at wad the characters do.. hahas.. go catch it!! =) oh and i like this sentence... "true love is ur souls recognition of its counterpoint in another... " it sounds so nice... =)
oh yes. and we realised the AXS mahcine cheat us. we guessed the machine is programmed to juz allocate seat by rows.. that is... if there r seats taken already for a particular row.. the machine will just skip that row n give the seats from the next empty row. regardless of whether that row is full anot. so stupid. cos there were empty seats in the 2nd n 3rd rows... we cud haf saved ourselves the neck ache n enjoyed the movie better!! arghs. guess the traditional method of queuing is still better in that sense.. oh wellz.. oh and the tako pachi at the ps basement is nice! nicer than the real tako pachi.. hahas.. yumms~ =) reached home close to ten.. ah. so tired.

arghs. i realli need to pack my table. and file all my notes n worksheets. otherwise the stack on the side of my table is juz gonna get higher n higher and topple over onto me one dae soon. i wanna pack. i noe i gotta file them up. but i cant bring myself to. hahas. but... I WILL!!! =) yes.
oh.. tmrs the national dae picnic which is gonna be "right smack in the centre of the field"... but arh.. i wun be feeling well tmr.. yups.. hehs... ok... watched repeat of jue dui superstar todae.. i tink kelly juz rawks lar.. the retro song she sang.. she has such good stage presence.. =) and i like that 'dong tian li de yi ba huo'... not realli sure fo the title.. but its damn cute!! esp weijian.. hahas.. spastic actions.. =p hahas kk.. shall go file my stuff later.. tataz! *waves*

hahahahhahahahahahhahahhahahhz...... its finally the long national hols!! 5 straight daes!!! hahaahs... lalalaz.. and im meeting up wif amy they all on mondae!! gonna watch charlie n the chocolate factory i tink.. willy wonka!! hahas.. hopefully its nice.. =) although i still tink johnny depp looks weird as willy wonka. too pale liaos. hahahs.. lalalaz. =p
anw.. had splitting headache during maths tut.. then was so tired suddenly.. oh yes and i realised i will haf reflex action when pple hit the back of my neck. hahas... as proven by ruina in the lib todae.. hahahhas... is jumpy reaction even considered a reflex? hahahas... dunno. =p oh anw. yar i had headache. but it cleared after i walked ard.. hahas.. so actually getting some fresh air n walking abt does help! interesting! =)
went pizza hut for lunch wif monkae n doggie.. decided on pizza hut cos we saw liwen n huiyi in there. hahas.. then after that the guys came too.. hahas.. basically juz kept luffing quite a fair bit during lunch.. and we tried their chocolate symphony! not bad not bad.. but the whipped cream n everything was so piled up until we cudnt mix the ice cream wif the cream. hahas.. but nvm.. it was still nice... wonderful wae to end the week... hehes... ice cream rawks! im contented wif any kind. got ice cream n im happy. hehes. *grinz*
yayys and i cant wait for my harry potter book!! woohooz! =)
